The deck is sweet and is one of my most complimented / requested decks to play, so I'd recommend giving it a spin and not being scared by Unfinity

The mass edict shares a similar mana reduction clause as the Act, letting you pay just one black mana to cast it if theres 13 or more creatures in play, which is pretty darn easy to achieve in Commander

Its been around since Alpha and has been a feature of the game pretty much constantly since then, meaning its appeared on plenty of cards and MTG sets over the years

Since the deck restriction on Lutri does not affect Commander play at all, it is essentially an extra card in your starting hand
