Cask No. 80.50 India The sweet sherry influence cameThe nose kicked off with dates, sultanas, hot cross buns, treacle and muscovado, before veering towards apricot jam on croissants and gnarled old vine wood. The unreduced palate was intense, with dark sherry, cola cubes, pomegranate molasses and ginger marmalade, finishing with suggestions of coffee grounds, cigar boxes and razor strops. The nose had toffee apples, cranachan and cherry clafoutis with a demerara crust. The palate now had raspberry
