2020 Fonterenza Rosso di Montalcino Espadeiro Grao NegroThis Rosso is sourced from biodynamically farmed vines that meet specifications for full Brunello classification. The estate is restricted in the volume of Brunello di Montalcino that it can bottle, however, so we are fortunate enough to receive an extra high quality Rosso from this winery. The fruit is hand harvested and hand destemmed, and then fermented with native yeasts for 15 20 days. Aging takes place in large neutral oak vessels for 2+ years
