This is Dawn Wings Necrozma, though in the TCG, it comes as a Basic Pokemon

Im not going to be that guy who hangs around childrens card game tourneys, approaches Little Timmy, pulls a primitive toy out of my pocket and asks him if he wants to play a real game, but its interesting to me to see how something you loved to do as a kid relates to that same activity nowadays

Also the amount of time and patience that goes into creating these pieces is commendable
