夏姆園和愛侶園在Chambolle村享受同樣名氣，皆被認為是具備特級園實力的一級園，展現出甜美果實和多汁口感的地塊。散發濃郁的紅色漿果香氣，優雅的風格建立在肉質、集中的口感上，年輕時單寧直接，隨著時間漸漸圓潤醇厚。與家禽、紅肉料理和起司都很搭。

刀片: 最高等級不鏽鋼材

來自Savigny村「Les Moutiers」地塊中50歲老藤。採收後完全去梗，以踩淋汁與輕微採皮方式萃取，導入木桶中陳放12至15個月，其中20%為新桶。散發櫻桃、覆盆子香，口感美味多汁，從前味到尾韻的表現皆相當迷人，適合現在開瓶即飲，若待五年後再開瓶，也能享受第三層香氣帶來的愉悅。
