The "Clos des Mouches" is one of the pearls of Burgundy, certainly at the level of a grand cru. Indeed, its hillside location gives it a lot of precision and purity. The notes of white flowers, honey and wax already foreshadow a high level wine. It has a racy, chiseled palate of incomparable length.
